The Year 12 Retreat took place on a beautiful winter day at Kuitpo Forest.
The students appreciated a day immersed in nature with a range of elective activities.
The more energetic among the cohort could take part in activities such as orienteering, mountain biking and games of Capture the Flag.
Those wishing to express their artistic sides could enjoy nature photography and art in the environment.
Horse care, mushroom foraging and campfire cookery gave experiences that aren’t commonly found during the school year.
Enhanced by the magic of a campfire, the day gave the opportunity for genuine relationship building and the reflection that comes with departure from the usual.
