On Friday 2 December, Concordia’s Einheit String Quartet performed a 35-minute set of music for the Oaklands VIEW (Voice, Interests and Education for Women) Club Christmas lunch at the Junction Ball Room in Morphettville.

The 80+ member audience was overwhelming in their praise for the Quartet, which has Aidan (Year 9), Josh (Year 9), Jude (Year 9) and Raphael (Year 9) as its members.

Finishing their set with a moving arrangement of “Amazing Grace”, there were literally tears of joy from the ladies in the audience.

This was a delightful opportunity to not just share our music, but to also add value to a worthy community group.
