A petition has been drawn up, calling on the City of Adelaide Council to assist with funding a new two-storey building to replace an existing brick shed at the Park 21 West sporting facility in the Park Lands (between Goodwood Road and Sir Lewis Cohen Avenue), which is used by Concordia College and many other sporting groups.

The existing State Government commitment towards the project will expire in May 2023, and so action is being sought from the City of Adelaide Council to ensure the project can commence before this time.
