Last week, the children at the ELC (St John's Campus) were thrilled to receive a special visit from SAPOL. It was an unforgettable experience for them as they got to explore the diverse array of police vehicles, and the moment when the sirens blared was especially exciting.
The dedicated officers took the time to impart crucial safety knowledge to the children, focusing on the importance of crossing the road safely. They also reiterated the significance of the emergency phone number, 000, ensuring the children understood its vital role.
The children were given the opportunity to sit on the police motorbikes and inside the patrol cars, they also got to pet the friendly police dogs, Zeus and Reggie.
We extend our heartful gratitude to Peter Sodomka for orchestrating this incredible and highly educational experience for our children.
