Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award

Several students have recently achieved their Bronze or Silver Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award. Not only is this a significant personal achievement, but it adds some extra sparkle to their resumés and earns them 10 SACE credits. Students have undertaken a wide range of activities to achieve their Awards. Lucas (10TMOR) should be commended on his patience as he spent hours transcribing footage of night vision wildlife cameras, painstakingly identifying specific species as they appeared on camera as a service to Atlas of Living Australia. A special congratulations to Alicia (12KNIC) who was awarded her Silver Award. Completing this Award is an exceptional achievement, particularly in her final year of schooling, and especially when achieved through the course of a pandemic!

Congratulations to the following students:

  • Alicia 12KNIC - Silver
  • Leila 12JLEY - Bronze
  • Lucas 10TMOR - Bronze
  • Aden 10COHA - Bronze
  • Jade 10COHA - Bronze
