This term the children in the ELC have been exploring our 'Sharing the Planet' Unit of Inquiry (UOI). We have been exploring nature and God’s creation and using our senses.

For one week of the term, we set off for a UOI walk to the local reserve so that each of us had the opportunity to join in. We used our senses to explore, noting things that we could see, hear, smell and touch.

We also had a visit from the Mitcham Council. To learn about what waste goes into each bin, we enjoyed a game that required us to select which bin different items should be placed in.

We finished off the term with a Teddy Bear's picnic at the Blackwood Oval to enjoy the outdoors.
