The Year 4 classes have been privileged to welcome many new students this year. Some of these students who have joined us speak English as their second (or third) language. Mrs Graham has been a great support for these students.

One student has great enthusiasm for reading cookbooks and had the opportunity to cook for his class. He and his class teacher created some fruit iceblocks to share with the class. He had to write up the shopping list, give instructions in English to the supporting teacher, and then explain to the class what was in the treats.

They were very well received by all his classmates.
