Mrs Trish Prenzler (Acting Languages Coordinator) recently organised for four Concordia teams (Years 9–12) to take part in Round 1 of the 27th annual Australian Computational and Linguistics Olympiad (OzCLO). In a two-hour period, students worked in teams to solve challenging puzzles using real languages – ancient and modern. Our students enjoyed searching for patterns and stretching their brains. They should be commended on their incredible focus and magnificent teamwork during the event. Results should be released soon.
