Year 10 PE students in the Health and Nutrition strand have been participating in a range of activities focused on developing their wellbeing. They have learnt about ways to use movement to reduce stress, stabilise muscles, build and maintain positive relationships and motivate lifelong participation in physical activity. This week the students participated in bouldering, an activity that has a strong social culture and encourages one to build resilience and take risks in a structured environment. The students thoroughly enjoyed this new challenge and represented the College beautifully. They were encouraging of one another and determined to improve throughout each session.
