On Friday 31 May, 28 students from a combination of Year 6 at St John’s Campus and Year 5/6 at St Peters Campus attended the annual Luminary Lunch in Kent Town.

This year students sat with either Janeen Brian, Andrew Joyner or Mandy Foot and enjoyed a warm lunch together, listening to their creator talk about the craft of writing and or illustrating. Students were able to ask questions as well.

Students and creators had a photo taken on the pink carpet soon after arrival and after lunch had an opportunity to get autographs from creators at other tables. This was a wonderful time for students and creators to connect in a smaller group setting and was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
