We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Bec Murphy as the new Director of People and Culture ELC-12, commencing in January 2025. Bec joins us from Aerotech Group, where she was People & Culture Manager and previously worked as HR & Projects Manager at Melba’s Chocolates. She brings a wealth of experience in HR leadership, cultural change, staff wellbeing initiatives, and holds qualifications in Psychology and Commerce.
