The School Shop
Term Time Opening Hours
General trading – no appointment required.
- Monday: 8am - 4pm
- Wednesday: 12.30pm - 4pm
- Thursday: 12.30pm - 6.15pm
- Friday: 2.30 - 4.30pm (Terms 1 and 4)
(Closed on Public Holidays)
The School Shop will be closed from Tuesday 10 December and will reopen on Wednesday 22 January 2025.
Exchanges, top-up purchases and collection of orders can be made during Holiday Opening as seen below.

- Wednesday 22 January: 8.00am - 4.00pm

Senior School Jumpers - Order Now for 2025
2025 Pre-Order Seniors Jumpers
Students in Years 10–12 will require a grey Seniors Jumper. To assist us with our ordering, please pre-order by Monday 9 December for availability in Term 1 2025. No payment or commitment is required until your jumper is available in 2025.
Poly/cotton Seniors Jumpers
Students who are unable to wear the wool/nylon Seniors Jumper are now able to order the poly/cotton alternative. These jumpers are available by special order only. Please place your order or indicate your interest by Monday 9 December for availability in Term 1 2025. Size samples are available to try on in The School Shop. No payment is required until your jumper is ready to collect in 2025.
Uniform Orders
Email orders are also welcome and purchases may be collected from The School Shop during opening hours. Please email schoolshop@concordia.sa.edu.au and include:
- your child’s name and year level
- size
- your contact details
The School Shop staff will contact you for payment and advise when your order is available to collect. Students in Years 7-12 are emailed to advise when their orders are ready to be collected. For students in ELC-Year 6, email advice is sent to parents/caregivers.

ELC Items - In Stock Now
Stock of the following items for ELC students is limited, so please email your order to: schoolshop@concordia.sa.edu.au and we will ensure your request is prioritised.

- Long Sleeve Polo Shirts
PE Polo Shirt
The old style gold and navy PE polo shirts are now discontinued and students are required to have the new navy PE polo shirt.
Umbrellas
The following items are now available in The School Shop:
- Golf umbrellas - $38 each
- Fold-up umbrellas - $28 each
Secondhand Clothing
Stock Wanted – now is the time to clear out the wardrobes!
If you have uniforms you no longer need, they may be donated or sold on consignment in The School Shop (click to download a secondhand uniforms consignment form).
Please note:
- Blazers and winter skirts/pinafores must be dry cleaned with a receipt attached.
- Jumpers must be washed using a wool wash detergent.
- All other items must be in good condition, stains removed, washed and ironed ready for sale.
- Summer hats must be hand washed.
- Any uniform items in need of repair e.g. broken zips, seams unstitched, missing buttons, etc. must be repaired prior to acceptance for sale. Buttons are sold in The School Shop.
- Garments presented on hangers are preferred.
- Old logo and discontinued styles – uniforms with the old school logo and discontinued styles are no longer saleable in The School Shop but can be dropped off for overseas charity donation.

Public Notices & Events
- Minda is running a big Christmas fundraiser - the Community Christmas Carols and Markets on Saturday 7 December from 12-7pm. The event will feature live music and entertainment, Christmas carols, over 50 market stalls, raffle prizes, food trucks, rides and amusements, face painting, a petting zoo, and a visit from Santa and Mrs Claus. The money raised from this event will help create experiences and memories for people supported by Minda, an organisation which supports people with intellectual disability in South Australia. - Glen Osmond Baptist Church is hosting a 'Carols on the Oval' event at Glen Osmond Primary School from 5.00-7.30pm on Christmas Eve (Tuesday 24 December). There will be a free sausage sizzle, inflatable games, a petting zoo, ice cream and more from 5pm followed by community Christmas carols from 6pm. Download a flyer for more information.
- The Rotary Club of Mitcham's bookshop is having a big half price sale from Sunday 1 December to Tuesday 31 December. Download a flyer for more information, including location and opening hours.
- Code Camp is running fun-filled summer holiday programs near Concordia. Download a flyer and use the coupon code to receive $25 off the registration price. This summer, as a little holiday treat, they’re also rolling out tons of free activities for Aussie kids—from live online lessons to trivia parties and activity packs.
