Our Reception students at St Peters Campus received a special gift to celebrate the beginning of their school journey – a packet of seeds from our local Member for Waite, Catherine Hutchesson MP. This thoughtful gift, given to all Reception students in our local community, symbolises the learning and growth that will take place throughout their schooling.
Last week, we also had the pleasure of welcoming Catherine to St Peters Campus, where our Reception students had the opportunity to thank her personally and learn more about her role in the community. It was a wonderful experience for our young learners to see how community leaders support and celebrate their milestones.
The Receptions carefully planted their seeds in the first days of school and while we watch them grow, they will be reminded of their own journey of learning, discovery and development throughout the year. We extend our thanks to Catherine for her visit and for this meaningful gesture.
