Concordia students and staff gathered in Fortiter for our inaugural whole-of-College Book Week Assembly and Parade this year – a truly magical occasion with many memorable characters brought to life through creative costumes. Students of all ages took part in the festivities, sharing together in the joy of reading. Many parent spectators watched on as older students escorted younger peers on a lap of the Gymnasium, and around 80 staff participated in a massive ‘Where’s Wally' dress-up that added to the fun of the occasion.
Events of this nature present extraordinary opportunities for cross-campus connections, and we look forward to coming together again at next year’s Book Week Parade, with 2025 celebrations centred around the theme of ‘Book an Adventure’.
